Tuition Information

Our Lady of Victory School educates students in a nurturing, secure environment rich in Catholic tradition and academic excellence.

In addition to offering a rigorous, fully accredited curriculum, the school fosters belief in and love for God, love for one another, and service to the community. OLOV School partners with parents and guardians to nurture students' moral and spiritual development and to challenge students to become responsible global citizens, with respect for every person as a child of God.

2017-18 School Year Tuition & Discounts

TUITION:

Kindergarten-Prep Tuition Rate:
$5,000 per child

Kindergarten Grades - 8 Tuition Rate:
$4,850 for One Child
$9,700 for Two Children
$14,550 for Three Children

Home & School Association Dues:
Each family must join the Home School Association and pay yearly member ship fee of $50.00. This fee is due to during the month of September. A parent/Guardianis is excepted to attend all meeting of the Home School each year.

TUITION PAYMENT PLAN

The tuition will be paid in ten (10) equal payments from July through April. Thess payments will be made directly through SMART. The only exceptions are those families who pay the tuition in full by July 1st. Please Note: All tuition is non-refundable.


DELINQUENT TUITION

SMART will charge you a late fee for delinquent tuition; all tuition must be up-to-date by the end of each marking period in order for your child to continue at OLOV School.


*TUITION AID

Providing funds are available, tuition aid is determined by application and copy of your income tax return. All applications are due by May 31st

*Tuition Aid of $500.00 per child will automatically be assessed for families who meet the criteria as active parishioners of OLOV & SJV. For Our Lady of Victory & Saint John Vianney parishioners the Catholic Grant is contingent upon your family's regular attendance at Mass. As per last year's contract the Catholic Grant is no longer based upon envelop usage.

Catholics who are active members of another Catholic Parish will need to have a "Pastor Approval" letter signed in order to receive "The Parish Grant" of $250. If this letter is not signed by your Pastor and the subsidy is not paid, you will be obliged to pay the "Full tuition rate of $4,850.00. Please note that the school will only match a full $250 Pastor Approval Parish Grant.



Payment Options

Payments in full must be made by July 1st. Monthly payment is available through SMART TUITION, with 10 equal instalments between July and April. No deposit is required. Payments are only accepted between July and April. Tuition payments are non-refundable.
